We enjoyed our stay in the Hamanassett Bed & Breakfast. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is a pantry well stocked with snacks and refreshments. The house has wonderful common areas, a game room, a glassed-in porch and a comfortable living room. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The grounds are nicely landscaped with a koi pond right outside... More

Stayed there three nights and it was wonderful. The accommodations were super and the breakfasts were out of this world. Ashley and Glen are most gracious hosts; it is more than a business to them it is a way of life. Highly recommend.

My husband purchased a night at the hamanasett B&B as a surprise birthday gift for me! It was our first time ever at a B&B and we both loved it! The house was so nice with a lot of things to do like enjoy the patio area, see the horses in the pasture, play games in the game room, and... More

My husband and I spent last weekend here and we were just blown away by how beautiful it is. We stayed in the Windsor room and it was so fantastic. The bed was so comfortable and the cozy sitting area next to the fireplace made some of my last minute work a real joy (for once!). The breakfasts - to... More

Chose Hamanassett so we could bring our 115 lb. Bernese Mountain dog for a weekend away while our daughter played soccer in the area. We stayed in the Cottage and it was as comfortable as being home. Glenn & Ashley were very gracious and helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. Very hard to go back to oatmeal on... More

I have stayed at the Hamanasett on several occasions when visiting our daughter at college. It is always a wonderful stay. The Inn is tucked away so that it really feels as if you are far away from any hustle and bustle yet there are many restaurants and things to do very close by. Ashley and Glenn and their staff... So happy you are coming in the spring. The Brandywine Valley is beautiful all year round but you will see beautiful flowers blooming this time of year that aren't around in the fall. See you soon! More

We had a wonderful weekend here - everything about it was excellent. The B&B is beautifully decorated. Our room was beautiful and very comfy. They have a pool table, lots of dvds, fresh baked cookies, snacks, and lots of other little details. The innkeepers are so friendly and gracious and they made fabulous breakfasts both days. They have horses on... More
