I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very clean and comfortable. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and offered a wake-up call. I booked through my Hilton Rewards Points. We were flying out of the Pittsburgh Airport the next day and they offer free... more

We stayed at the Hampton and used the Park N Fly. For those of you who had complaints, you must have stayed somewhere else. Our room was beautifully appointed with the most comfortable mattresses and pillows. The room and bathroom was ultra clean. The breakfast was plentiful and was presented in such a way that one didn't mind if there... more

Very nice hotel to stay in. Excellent breakfast. But beware. If your flight gets in after 11PM you cannot be picked up from airport. Our flight was delayed and we got in very late. We were told we would have to wait until 4:30AM at airport or get a cab at our expense. It cost us $20 for a cab... more

We used the "Sleep, Park & Fly" services at the Hampton Inn and were pleasantly surprised. Our shuttle was on time, the rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. more

I booked a night at this property before a flight out of the Pittsburgh airport the next morning. Approximately 25 minutes before check-in I arrived and inquired as to whether they had early check in. The employee at the front desk smiled when she spoke to me, but the underlying irritation was evident when she pointed out that housekeeping was... more

Due to some travel problems (snowstorm) I had to stay in Pittsburgh for another night. Since my experience with Hampton Inn in general is really great, I chose this facility. But when I arrived, it was a pure disappointment. The guy at the reception was neither friendly nor properly dressed (shirt outside the pants, perspiration spots on his shirt, chewing... more

Stayed here recently for two nights on business. Decent location, not too far from the airport. Price seemed like good value for the money. The room was comfortable. I thought the air-conditioning was inconsistent…I like my room cold (even in the fall), you could get the temperature down, but it would only hold in 15 minute spurts. The staff was... more

This Hampton Inn was quite good with its nicely renovated rooms. There are lots of other hotel options nearby but for the price I would stay here again. There is a Doubletree next door and a Holiday Inn down the road. Pizza Hut is across the street as is Bob Evans. more

Our room wasn't very big, but it was pretty clean. The location isn't good if you want to sight-see downtown, but it is really close (less than 10-minute, very easy drive) to the airport and to Robinson Town Center, which has really good shopping and any chain restaurant you can think of. That is the end of the pros. Now... more

The room was very nice - big, clean, and great bed! The breakfast in the morning was also fantastic! However, the hallways were loud all three nights we stayed here, including one night where the police had to be called at 3:00 a.m. due to a large drunken wedding party which had migrated to our hallway. I understand it's hard... more
