We have stayed here for the last four years. The only thing that happened while we were there last year, the power went out but staff arranged for a move to another motel, unfortunately the other motel "Red Roof " was downfight awful! more

This was a very clean, inexpensive and service-oriented property. Sure, the paint isn't fresh and carpet a little threadbare in places...BUT the things that mattered the most were top notch: easy on/off, availability of a rollaway bed, breakfast (including muffins, waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal) included and free, in-room coffee maker, safe location, CLEAN room and linens and AFFORDABLE (approx... more

The property looks and feels rundown and old. The room was disgustingly dirty with sticky floors and weird yellow and black stains all over the bathroom. After taking a shower there were yellow puddles of water on the floor where the steam condensate on the walls dripped off. The staff seamed as unfriendly as the location felt! The breakfast was... more

This hotel was not the greatest. It no where near like a Hilton, Ebasy suites or Mariott. This place was old and run down. The staff is friendly, but the rooms where small, the bathroom was small and the shower was a little messed up. The halls are confusing while trying to find your way to your room or the... more

This is no Hilton or Fairmont...you kind of get what you pay for but The staff was phenomenal... I enjoyed my stay. The decor was dated and it was a little musty but it was well maintained and I didn't fear that the bedding or linen had not been cleaned or tended to in months. The restaurant was okay....and they... more

I was in town for a wedding and all the out of town people stayed here. Our room seemed to have been updated recently and was clean. The water in the hotel is from a well so it will be orange. The staff was friendly. They never opened the bar during our stay. They would have made a fourtune off... more

I’ve never come across a friendlier staff at check-in. Nice exercise room, and excellent restaurant. Easy access to I-90. Rooms are large and basicly clean but the carpet had several stains, and wallpaper was peeling. For the bargain rate of $50 with coupon, it was a terrific value. more

We stayed there one night on our way to Niagara Falls, and It was just off the freeway, so it was very convenience. The hotel was big and old, the room was okay. It was clean and the breakfast was good enough. The price was a bit too high. We had at coupon, but there was a big cycling event... more
