This Comfort Inn hotel is in need of serious repairs. In our room, the walls had holes. See attached pictures. Also, in the bathroom, the toilet seat had a gash in it. Booked one night through 1-800 number because it advertised free shuttle from PHL airport. Rebooked two additional nights. Comprehensive breakfast buffet with very friendly staff. Despite having a hotels.com reservation...the hotel was oversold and I was denied a room. Management/staff was rude and would not even talk to hotels.com to resolve.whatever the problem was. Plastic encased bed? Keep the bugs in or out? Not sure but I don't think the grout between the tile is supposed to be black either. Do NOT Stay here! more
