Joined my husband on a business trip. Staff here were very friendly and service was good. Sadly the rest of the hotel did not match up. We had a club floor room but it desperately needed an overhall. The net curtains were badly torn and full of holes, one light had no bulb, another light had a broken shade, the... more

I read the reviews and though I was determined not to stay here, I ended up staying one night due to my travel plans anyway. I stayed in a newly renovated club room. Contrary to most of the negative reviews, I found the hotel OK. The "new" room still had a dirty window the bathtub needed new caulking, the desk... more

I stay at this hotel about once a month. They consistently give me the worst room among the members of my team (I'm the only female in the team) even though I'm a platinum starwood member and check in first. This time not only that happened AGAIN but they put me in a room which hadn't been cleaned properly. Bathroom... more

I am a Starwood preferred member but was put in an awful room because Starwood preferred members had all the other premium rooms. It was a handicapped access room which I had not booked. The property just missed it for me since it is so expensive and there are other options inlcuding the Hampton Inn in the same parking lot.... more

I have always wondered what you are subjecting yourself to when you book a hotel through Priceline. Perhaps they think, “Hey you creepy cheapskate! If you’re not willing to pay the rack rates, then don’t complain when we put you in a broom closet with a rollaway bed!” It wasn’t that bad, but I couldn’t exactly call this a luxury... more

Room: the hotel was full (so they said) and my flight getting into PHL late - the only room they had was a handicap right off front desk. If new to the hotel ASK if that's where they're putting you. If yes, recommend you go elsewhere. The bathroom couldn't fit 2 people standing and the windows for that room overlooked... more

Stayed here for 1 night and was impressed. The room smelled fresh, cooled down nicely, and was very very clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff brought up a rollaway which was also very comfortable. All bathrooms also have jacuzzi tubs, which was a very nice thing to have. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and well... more

Stayed at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel on a Monday night for business. It was a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom was adequately clean. They also have a nice fitness center relative to the size of the hotel. The hotel also has a restaurant; it appears to be fine dining. I only had breakfast there,... more

Great service from beginning to end. Planned event and rooms with Scott, he was a delight to work with. Our rooms were comfortable clean and warm. All of our attendees really enjoyed the beds. Check in was a breeze and the staff could not have been nicer. Our meetings were well appointed and serviced. The food for our events was... more

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Great Valley for the weekend. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We ordered room service which was delivered promptly and was very good. We also took advantage of the breakfast buffet. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets did not travel off the mattress as we... more
