I am a Starwood preferred member but was put in an awful room because Starwood preferred members had all the other premium rooms. It was a handicapped access room which I had not booked. The property just missed it for me since it is so expensive and there are other options inlcuding the Hampton Inn in the same parking lot.... more

Room: the hotel was full (so they said) and my flight getting into PHL late - the only room they had was a handicap right off front desk. If new to the hotel ASK if that's where they're putting you.
