All the (good) reviews are true. We had a smoking room and were apprehensive about that, but it turned out to be just like a non smoking regular room. The only drawback was the hallways were chalkfull of smoke. Breakfast was included and was great. more

We stopped there for one night and the location is good, just opposite the outlet mall. Price of the hotel is good and the room is clean although it is not in mint condition. The complimentary breakfast is good overall with choices. The rooms are clean and quiet. An enjoyable stay. more

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago, while on a shopping trip with some friends. My recent visit, with my husband, was not as pleasant. Service and cleanliness have deteriorated greatly. This Comfort Inn is directly across from the Outlet Mall and convenient to many restaurants. The hotel was good except that the cleaners miss the corners. The water there is terrible tasting so bring bottled water. The breakfast looked OK but we went to the King's restaurant right next door for delicious food, clean and friendly. more

Unable to get a comfortable nights sleep for the noises in the room, or possibly the walls. Pool advertised as heated - yeah, right. Rude and unpleasant staff. Will not stay there again. Will not recommend it to others. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. more
