When we arrived at the hotel the room appeared clean but the bathroom needed to be cleaned- in a really bad way! 2 hours later, someone showed up. This hotel, apparently, does not clean the rooms or provide fresh towels if you stay more than 1 night unless you ask, and ask and ask and ask and ask.... Very strange....

They checked me, my wife, and 6month old baby in at 8PM. They knew we had a baby because we called ahead and asked about pack-n-play and when we got there she was in arms. We got settled and were relaxing when the band one floor away struck up at 10:30PM. Of course woke all of us with a startle....
