We also had issues with towels. Had 3 people in our room and when they cleaned the bathroom after the 1st night, they took two dirty towels and replaced it with one! When I asked the cleaning staff for two more towels, they told me that they didn't have any more! We were only some of a handful of guests... more

Funny, we were in room 205, they never painted where the new door knob was installed. This is a perfect hotel for a hershey stay were you just need a decent clean room. Staff was friendly, they did double bill my creditcard, but Debbie took care of it after a phone call. more

We stay at Wingate to get a nice business class hotel for a good price. Although this was a business class hotel with a good price, there was little "nice" about this property. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past while on business, and have always been pleased with it. Not after 6/10/2008 though, when I found myself locked in the bathroom of Room 205 for approximately 75 minutes due to an improperly installed door handle (lock on the outside).
