Very, very nice hotel. Staff were excellent. All was fantastic for a 2 day stay. We had to change from a one day stay due to mechanical problems and the hotel was very easy to deal with. Great place to stay for a longer stay.

Fairly new hotel (just over a year according to staff), with a very modern feel and look. Reasonably close to Hershey Park and Giant Center. This hotel is fairly new, which is a big plus. However, lots of minor issues. Friends and I stayed at this hotel during a weekend getaway to Hershey. Great location, restful sleep and breakfast in the morning. It was the perfect end to our day Hershey. Conveniently located near Hershey spa. No complaints!

One night road trip stay based on location and tripadvisor reviews. Newer facility, largest lobby/breakfast area I've seen for this level hotel. Brand new facility and it is wonderful. Bed and pillows are amazing. Our dog was welcomed and never heard any dog or people noise. Needed an extra blanket, delivered to our room promptly.
