Stayed one night here while visiting Hershey. The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was fine. Location was good near Hershey attractions and restaurants walking distance. None of the issues I read in other reviews. Very reasonable for a weekend in a tourist area. more

Very disappointed. Room smelled of mold, hair on the bed sheets, moldy wallpaper in bathroom... I made my kids wear their shoes in the room the carpet was that gross. I would have rather spent the money and stayed at the hotels on site. We joked it was "Worst Western". Seriously afraid there may have been bed bugs. That disgusting. more

This hotel was not the disaster that we feared it would be. The rooms were booked by our son so we could take the grandkids to Hershey. The rooms were clean, and the young staff courteous, if some what harried. more

We purchased a discount package in exchange for touring the nearby "time-share" type resort. Although we were promised that we were not given special rooms because of the discount, I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!! We got a great deal with a Hershey Park package. The hotel was VERY BASIC. the beds were not comfortable at all, with lumpy pillows and sheets that would not stay on the mattresses when you went to sleep. This motel needs a remodel. I could not walk through the bathroom door since it is so small. I am 6' tall, broad shouldered and could not go in except sideways. The door is a door used from when the place was first built I suspect. The room entry door is normal. Its just that the whole place is old.... more

Booked online. I was never told that the room we would have was a pet room. I did not travel with my dog so why would I want a room that smelled like a dirty wet dog! Besides the dog smells, the bathroom was dirty, carpet & bedding needed to be cleaned & broken leg on chair was not attractive.... more
