We recently stayed at an individually rented 3 bedroom villa from Cocoa Flats (unit #410). We arrived at the main hotel, checked in after 6 pm and drove a short distance to the villa which was an apartment in a complex. The unit's HVAC was turned off and it was 90F. We would definitly stay here again! Only a few minutes to Hershypark and Indian Echo Caverns. Located in a quaint little town with a good pizza restaurant across the street and a pharmacy next door. DON'T STAY HERE. I booked my reservation one month in advance through EXPEDIA. When I arrived at the "hotel" I was informed by a girl, behind a desk in a travel agency, That they had cancelled my reservation that morning when a guest had decided to extend their stay.
