Small friendly hotel, perfectly situated for exploring ilkley and the North Yorkshire dales, very clean hotel, rooms a little on the small side, but all furnished well. Excellent breakfast, and friendly helpful staff.

A nice place to stay. Excellent service and a reasonable restaurant. Not so well located if you fancy a walk into town....that return walk up the hill is testing! Would use Rombalds again even if it is a little expensive for what it is.

The hotel had a nice friendly atmosphere. Parking was fine and the room was nicely furnished and very clean like the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was fine but the evening meal choices were not huge like the portions. The cheese course was paeticulalry disapponting. Nevertheless we would stay there again.

I was here for four nights on a business trip. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to make sure that everything was ok. I ate breakfast every day and twice in the restaurant in the evening, everything was really good. The room was clean, a good size, and always warm. Very enjoyable stay.
