We stayed at Hazeland Mill at the end of March to celebrate two family birthdays. As the stay was part of the birthday treat we were obviously hoping that the weekend lived up to our expectations. We were not disappointed. Hazeland Mill was once a water mill which has been very tastefully renovated. It offers three double-bedrooms all of which are furnished to a very high standard and all of which have views across spectacular countryside. Jenny and Peter own the property and they, along with their adorable spaniels, make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. We were extremely lucky with the weather and were welcomed with fresh tea/coffee and pastries on the terrace, following which we explored the extensive grounds. Accommodation is offered on a B & B basis with the option of an evening meal. We chose the option of the evening meal and we were not disappointed.
