Marlborough is a beautiful town with lovely shops. It is also situated not far from The Ridgeway for walking, and Avebury Stone Circle. The hotel has very well appointed rooms, plenty of parking, and a lovely garden for sitting in if the weather is fit.

I have stayed in this hotel frequently. It doesn't have alot of amenities but is ideal for exploring the Wiltshire countryside, is conveniently situated in the centre of town and has an ample car park and small garden at the rear. I stayed at this hotel with my sister for three nights..our rooms were in different parts of the hotel...the rooms were very average and definitely not value for money. We both had steaks in the dining room one night and they were as tough as leather..I suggest you stay elsewhere and go to the Castle and ball for a drink... More

Very pleasant hotel in the very nice town of Marlborough. All the staff were friendly hard working and really worked as a team which helped add to the enjoyment of the break. Thank you for a pleasant two day stay. Lovely, comfortable hotel in a very pleasant area. Excellent value and very good evening meals. Nothing too much trouble for the staff to deal with. We just hope the plumbing problems get sorted - not that we were inconvenienced but it must be a nightmare maintaining old buildings such as these.

Lovely stay, comfortable room, excellent and friendly service from Clare and her staff.The evening meal had an excellent choice and great value for money. The room was good with a big bed and a bathroom with both bath and shower, not always the case in Hope to come back soon.

Stayed in a recently refurbished room on a' deal' and ate in the restaurant. Room well appointed and meal reasonably priced and well cooked. Staff friendly and helpful, car parking easy... next to room so overall a great stay.
