i stayed at the travelodge oldham along with two friends on a saturday. we wanted to sample the nightlife and planned to shop at the trafford centre the next day. Thought the hotel was very clean and staff were good. Paid 50 quid for the room could of been bit cheaper. Plenty of car parking spaces and pub next door,... more

One of the best Travelodges we have stayed in. Staff responded quickly to requests for additional pillows etc. Plenty of parking space. No noise from other guests ( which another reviewer complained about). Inconsiderate guests can appear in any hotel, even luxury ones! We will put this Travelodge at the top of our list for a further visit because we... more

Cannot argue at a special price of £19 for a night. Was a bargain for us as we were on a budget. Car parking is free and our room overlooked the car park so was able to keep an eye on my car which was safe there anyway!! Room was very basic, but clean. Bed was ok, a little bit... more

DO not stay here at all costs. Yea its cheap we paid 19 pound a night, supposed to stay for 2 nights but couldnt for fear of our own safety. The hotel basically smelt of weed, there were drugged up people all over the top floor where we were. Screaming and shouting late at night, we ended up leaving after... more

Stayed here last night, good clean hotel. Check inn was super fast as pe-paid online. Stayed in many travelodges and I always find them to be more than adequate. Booked 6 months in advance and paid just £9..... The room is very basic, bed shower, bath, kettle and tea and coffee. Reception were friendly and didnt hesitate when we asked... more

This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed in and certainly will not be staying a in a travelodge again. The room smelt of smoke, had cob webs hanging off the ceiling, and worst of all there was no water pressure. The shower trickled out so we couldn't have a shower and I imagine the water would have... more

I stayed here for 3 nights. Here is my verdict: Bed: beautiful. I did not want to get out. Lovely clean white duvets and pillows. TV/internet/phone: TV with standard british channels, not internet wires or ports available but upon switching my laptop on i discovered a pay as you go wireless service was available. no phone is in room. Bathroom... more

As a family of four we stayed here for three nights and at the price of £15 a room we were able to book two rooms instead of all four of us in a family room - and for that price - the location and room were excellent and soundproof too. No frills, but we didn't expect that - tv... more

Can't complain with the excellent prices. Standard Travelodge room, with bed, sofa, tv, kettle, shower/bath and the usual tea/coffee, soap. Receptionist was a bit rude, tried to engage in conversation with no luck, she may have been at the end of a long shiftthough. Anyway due to the excellent prices, I would stay again if I was in the area. more

The Location: You definitely need a car to get to this hotel. Located just off motorway, in Oldham suburbs. Free parking is available outside the hotel. The Room: We were glad that we could check-in before official check-in time. The reception area is very small. We got a double room for disable on the ground floor (the rest of the... more
