Rose and Steve are very welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and well decorated and the breakfast is superb. The first thing that hit us when we entered was the dog smell!!! Even the dozens of air fresheners dotted around could not disguise the smell. Very comfortable and well decorated. Hosts are friendly and attentive. Room spotless as was ensuite. Breakfast was hearty and very good quality. Ideal place to stay as ahndy for beaches and town centre.
