We stayed at this hotel in October 2008 for two nights whilst visiting Bridlington, booking through Hotels.com. When we arrived and showed our paperwork to the manager he said he had no knowledge of us and insisted we paid again, with little simpathy. Showed us to a grotty room with the thinnest walls seperating dozens on the same floor. If... more

hotel not bad near sea harbour & town centre.rooms not brilliant but you only sleep there staff very friendly made us very welcome choice of breakfast they have entertainment at weekends downstairs lounge very nice and comfy we had our drinks down there on a night we will be goin back again very soon more

This hotel is convenient for the beach and the staff were in the main helpful and friendly. Unfortunately this hotel is also part of a coach tour business. Breakfast was horrendous.
