I travel up and down the country a lot on business, sometimes alone and sometimes with associates and have always used the Kirkfield! I stoppped using the kirkfield last year due to the management. I recently spent 2 nights at The Kirkfield and have to say that I was extremely impressed after experiences here before! The room was spotlessley clean and the towels were huge! The bar was well stocked and warm and the staff were very friendly and chatty! Overall an extremely enjoyable stay! more

Having recently stayed at the Kirefiel hotel Newton-le-Willows I would not recommend it. Resturant staff were not friendly or bright. The non smoking rooms still smelt like smoking rooms, the bed's are so uncomfortable and felt as if they were from the 18th century and the shower.............. well I would have been better off showering outdoors in the rain.
