Booked this hotel for the location for visiting the racecourse. Only a short walk from the entrance (if your in heels, get a cab). “FAULTLESS HOTEL”

My wife and I were part of a group who stayed overnight on the 25th April 2013.Every single person remarked how nice the hotel is .Just perfect.Position,Food ,Service,cleanliness and comfort second to none .Our room had 32 in HD tv which is unusual for hotels we had previously stayed.We would highly recommend this one

“Worst hotel”

Stayed for 2 nights.Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Treated us like they were doing us a favour.Linen had blood stains. Hotel room was very cold. They had no extra duvets. Had to wait for almost 1 hour for an hour because they had no housekeeping staff to bring it to my room. Very rude staff.
