For a sub-£100 hotel within the M25 I couldn't fault the place - nicely furnished, comfortable room, nice breakfast, nice toiletries, quiet, free wifi nice bar area. Would definitely stay again. The only minor disappointment was that the food was only ordinary - however I didnt even check in till after 9pm and they were still able to serve up... more

This was my first visit to this hotel, I encountered an unfortunate hiccup when booking in, which happily was swiftly resolved, and I then thoroughly enjoyed a 3 nights stay, accompanied by 2 friends on one of these nights. I have spent a lifetime staying in hotels, ranging from Travelodges to the Burj in Dubai, and although I could never... more

Tiny single room. Nice but overstretched staff. Chef's night off in the kitchen. Clearly recently redecorated. Goof location near the river. Unimpressed. more

We stayed at the harrisons hotel over the weekend to visit nearby Hampton Court Palace and London. It is a fantastic, clean and modern hotel. Stayed in a single room, everything you could want in it, all brand new as the hotel has just been refurbished. Staff are all pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was lovely, full english and continental.... more

Only stayed at the Harrisons for one (Friday) night but must say found this hotel to be excellent on all counts. There's plenty of parking (30 + spaces) a minutes walk if that from the hotel. The hotel is very clean in all areas and very tastefully decorated. The room had all the facilities we could want and furniture fixtures... more

Was woken up just after midnight by somebody funmbling at my door. I then heard a entry card swipe and found a strange bloke stood in my room looking at me in bed. He apologised then left. I rang reception who promised to immediately come to my room to investigate, so out of bed I got, got dressed .... then... more

We at Harrison's are very surprised by this review. We have a well known and highly regarded electronic key system in our hotel. Each key is activated only for one room and can not be used on any other room. We can also say that we only have one nighttime member of personal on site. He/she would find it difficult...

We popped along to The Ship Hotel (now called Harrisons) for their Sizzling Summer BBQ. We went on Sunday 5th July, the weather was gorgeous which was an added bonus to the wonderful atmosphere we experienced. The Hotel has recently been taken over and refurbished to a 1st class standard. The staff are so friendly and the new Manager Aden... more

We stayed for two nights, and were very lucky with the weather, so had a really good couple of days in Sunny Shepperton. We knew the hotel had been completely refurbished, and found the whole place was immaculate. Our room was a bit on the small side, but beautifully decorated, bathroom and power shower great, did not spend much time... more
