We stayed at Boscastle, 2 adults 3 kids. Extremly good hosts, really looked after us. The breakfasts each morning were a highlight, in particualr the 'specials' that were announced as you walked in - the kids thought they were in heaven! Rooms are very well done, comfortable and warm. More

Just returned from a 2 night stay in Boscastle House and I can confirm that it lives up to its positive reviews. We were welcomed by our host Sean and given a choice of rooms. Both were immaculately presented with lovely bathrooms. We stayed in a very comfortable top floor room with a very comfy bed and spacious en-suite. The... More

We stayed for four nights in late November and our stay exceeded our high expectations. Sean met us with a warm welcome and some much needed coffee–we declined the scones having already had tea and cakes earlier that afternoon. Throughout our stay he was helpful, friendly and attentive. We stayed in "Q", a stylish and comfortable room with a great... More

I loved this B&B, the best in Cornwall as far as I am concerned. People who have rated this B&B lowly must have been sour. As when I arrived for my 5 night stay I was offered a cream tea, which was lovely, gorgous homemade cakes. We stayed in the nine maidens room; It was very clean, everything in perfect... More

Our second stay here, this time for a pre-baby break. Sean was as lovely a host as ever. Very friendly and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. We arrived late in the dark and after a long drive he brought us tea and scones (complete with jam and clotted cream) to our room. Breakfasts were as fantastic... More

Just returned from a two night stay at Boscastle House and would highly recommend it. Sean is a great host, not intrusive just helpful, friendly and on hand if necessary. On arrival, we were offered a cream tea which was a lovely touch and a great start to the weekend. We stayed in the room "Trelawney" which was extremely spacious... More

Having stayed in many West Country hotels & b&b's this one stands out with the best. Friendly people, quality room & an immaculate dining room for breakfast with great local menu. Stayed also in Padstow & Perranporth during this long weekend - neither places came close. Walking distance of local pubs but strong legs needed for the uphill journey after... More

My partner and I had a lovely weekend at Boscastle House. It's in a great location for exploring North Cornwall and the hosts were really friendly and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this place to a friend. More

We have never been disappointed by the warm welcome, clean quality accommodation and the fab breakfast. The bonus is no mobile signal so as soon as we drive down the hill into Boscastle we know we are in for a treat. The local pub The Napolean does great fresh food too and it's within staggering distance. We feel re-charged after... More
