Despite having cleaned the lodge before leaving my friends and I were clearly discriminated against for our age. My group of six eighteen-year-olds were charged an extra £60 for cleaning due to the 'dispicable' state of the lodge. Apparently there was sick in a shower and 'lots' of dirty underwear for which we recieved a highly offensive e-mail and telephone... more

We booked a weekend through Late Rooms. We had booked a 4 birth lodge and when we arrived we were extremely pleasantly suprised to find we had been given a free upgrade to a 6 birth de-luxe lodge. The lodge was spotless and everything was almost like new. It even had a dishwasher. We made our way to the Coach... more

We stayed at the park in Bramble Cottage and the whole experience was fantastic. Ok we had a issue with the fridge when we first got there but my partner reported it to reception and we went out for the day. When we got back there was a brand new fridge in the cottage and all of our stuff moved... more

This was our third stay at Juliots Well, but first time not during winter months. We stayed in a Jasmine Lodge, the smallest of the three lodges, but it was quite big enough for the two of us plus a dog. It would also be fine for 4 people but thinik it would be a bit cramped for 6. It... more

Stayed here for a long weekend in May 2009. We had stayed in another Park booked through Hoseasons in October 2008 in nearby Perranporth which we really enjoyed so had relatively high expectations for a nice getaway. The place isn't terribly well signposted, i expected a large Hoseasons sign much like the last place we stayed at but it seems... more

An excellent place to stay. Having read some of the reviews just before we left we did wonder whether we had made the right choice. We need not have worried and we do wonder if the people who wrote those reviews are talking about the same place as us. Brilliant service, nothing was too much trouble, did not see any... more

Well what can I say, greeted by a snappy, irritated member of staff is never a good start!!! The unit we stayed in was clean, and tidy, but lots of flies, and I mean lots to the extent we got maintenance down! Had a meal in the restaurant, it is rather old fashion, food was ok, but nothing special. Staff... more

We all had a fabulous time when at our lodge at Juliots Well. We had to settle for a middle of the range lodge, as all of the top Camelia lodges were fully booked, but we weren't disappointed. The lodge was spacious, clean, centrally heated and well equipped. Nice views. The main bedroom had an en-suite with shower and there... more

what a lovely log cabin....shame about the aggressive unprofessional managers who saw fit to discriminate against 3 early 20 somethings for their age. they marched us round our cabin a day before we were due to leave inspecting for damage, of course there was none. they swore about the mess....just general day to day bits, cup on the coffee table... more
