It's Perran View, Trevellas, St Agnes not Perrin View, Marlborough Road, Perranporth! There is no such place! Also the map on the Trip Advisor page is completely made up! The park is far from luxurious, but for a simple, no frills base to explore the county, it's fine! It's a bit unfair to say that the villas resemble a council... more

Firstly we paid £750 for one week, which I do not consider to be cheap. Secondly I recommend that anyone who books with these guys pays via Credit card as you can get your money back more easily. We paid for a Gold Chalet, it was dirty, very damp, smelt of damp very strongly, the bedding and furniture was damp... more

We booked this holiday 1 week before we went for less than half the listed brochure price. First impressions on seeing the accommodation was that it was very drab looking grey pebble-dashed accommodation. On entering the apartment things didn't really improve, with a mismatch of furniture and a cleaning product smell that makes you wonder what it's masking. After getting... more

This was our third visit to Perran View Holiday Park in 6 years and definately won't be returning. The smell when entering the house was an awful musty smell as though the place had been empty for years, the couch was very old and tatty and looked like it was crawling with all sorts and the carpet just needed ripping... more

Although the area is lovely I would not recommend this place to stay. It is old and shabby and in need of an update. Entertainment is very poor. The rooms are advertised with a DVD player and when I asked where it was I was told I could get one in Asda for £15! Springs stick out of the mattresses... more

I didn't need to! On arrival ,yes, we were greeted by tired loking buildings but we could live with that and as we didn't intend to spend the next week looking at the outside of our accomodation it really wasn't an issue! Then we went in! We were greeted by a spacious downstairs space, all furniture looked modern and well... more

The 'Villa' is not a Villa it is a two floored old 1960's pebble dashed Council House. It smelt awful, completely like when you walk into a pub or club first thing in the morning and it smells of old stale tobacco and alcohol. The furniture was years old, the mattresses were stained and the carpet was nauseatingly grimy and... more

Stayed in the spring09 at St Ives Holiday Village with primroses abound on site. We selected a gold chalet to cater for a 2 adults and three children wary of other reviews and had no real complaints generally clean tidy shower worked well, heating good all bed linen sound and sofa bed comfortable . You get what you pay for... more

After spending the best part of an hour trying to find the site (very poorly sign posted) we felt like we had travelled back in time to the 60's. The site is very outdated and VERY poorly lit. It looked like an old army estate!! We had trouble finding the 'lodge', and had to park a far way from it... more
