My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights using a voucher from buyagift.com in Spring 2013. We booked the disabled room downstairs, nicely finished, very homely and it was immaculately clean. The breakfast was fantastic, I had the full cornish english (recommended,) and my girlfriend the special scrambled eggs, with flaked salmon, both were superb. The owners, Chris and... More

We stayed for 2 nights recently. This is a charming little B&B and is a good location for exploring Cornwall. The room was big, clean and comfortable and we had plenty of refreshments which were topped up daily. The Breakfasts were delicious and you could tell everything was sourced locally as the quality was very good. There is also parking... More

We stayed for 2 nights in April & stayed in room 3. When booking we were a bit dubious about having a private bathroom but please do not let this put you off. It's literally 6 paces down the corridor & you are provided with a bathrobe. Our room was spacious & cute, retaining original chapel features. Chris & Wendy... More

My husband and I stayed using a unique stay voucher we had been given ( we recommend booking direct as the voucher was worth £109 but the room only £75) this is not the guest house owners fault this is the company who sold the voucher (gift ideas for two) they informed me they charge a mark up for customer... My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights using a voucher from buyagift.com. It was so worth the money. A lovely warm welcome after a very long journey by Chris and Wendy. Refreshments on arrival. The room was immaculately clean. We stayed in room 3 which has a seperate bathroom along the corridor, but this was never a problem,... More

I used a gift voucher from and tied in a visit to the eden project. I rang and spoke to chris a few times and he was always helpful. When we arrived, with our 5 and 3 year old.....we were greeted as we got out the car.....chris and wendy were very friendly. After we were shown to our room(the family... More

What a gem, we booked to stay 2 nights in Feburary as we prefer Cornwall when quieter. We were in and ideal central location to visit all our favourites, Newquay, Truro, Falmouth, Charlestown and the famous Mevegissy. Upon arrival, and after being shown to our room we were offered complimentary refreshments.. This place is spotless and has a lot of... More
