We stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The Waterwheel Inn is located in a lush valley next to a stream. I recommend walking down along the stream to the well, it's a lovely little spot. Our room was clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious with perhaps the best mushrooms I ever had.

Very friendly - easy to park-historic property-lovely fresh breakfast and evening meal-near to coast and eden project-free wifi-wonderful cornish lager on tap-interesting garden to explore- outside seating for smokers- local clientele to chat to and other residents in comfy bar.

Mark & Francesca were excellent hosts; welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was good and the rooms comfortable. Good value for money and a perfect getaway. The location is on a quiet road just out of town (a short walk away) and handy for the Eden Project and points west of St Austell.
