Spent 3 nights here with my partner visiting friends in St. Austell. Due to availability we were given a large family room for the price of a double. Room was very comfortable and clean, as was the en-suite. Couldn't fault the cooked breakfast, although service quite slow one of the days as only one member of staff doing everything. We... More

Owner made to feel us most unwelcome, checking his watch whilst we were eating breakfast! Breakfast was ok though. Seem to have a lot of builders staying all the time so there were a lot of going "ins" and "outs". Couldn't wait to check out - lucky we only booked for one night!!

I can highly recommend this establishment. The moment we arrived we were made very welcome, the room was well furnished and clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good and was served between 6am and 11am which we found very handy. The Eden project and Heligan Gardens were only a 15 minute drive from the guest house and the beach's including the stunning... More

What can I say. Fantastic service from the moment I arrived. Greeted by Steve ( the handsome young owner )at the door, who gave us a great welcome, then carried all our luggage to the room. The room was clean tidy and attractively decorated. Being new to the area Steve was very helpful in telling us the best places to... More
