This Bed & Breakfast is equal to any five star hotel that I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The food was brilliant, service was fantastic and cleanliness was immaculate. I would recommend this B & B to anyone wishing to stay in St Austell. This is also a convenient location to the Eden project.

Pauline was the perfect hostess: she provided us with just what we wanted - even down to the extra set of keys so we could be independent during the second evening - a delightful room, excellent food, and a warm friendly welcome.
