We wanted to see the Eden project and Elmswood House is nicely situated close by, and the pretty town of Fowey was definitely worth the visit. Graham and Angela were so helpful and couldn't do enough to help, they put maximum effort into keeping everything in such tip top condition. Everything is in showroom condition, the glass tops to the... more

The room I had was very clean... more

Very natural caring attentive and helpful hosts. We were traveling by public transport and it was a nice easy location to explore Cornwall from. Would highly recommend the clean and comfortable rooms; the whole place had a light and airy feel. more

If you need a home away from home while visiting Cornwall, England this is the place. Graham and Angela were perfect Inn keepers and their accommodations were excellent. We stayed with them for four nights and the morning breakfast was a treat, including the locally made items. This is a quiet location, excellently located for our day trips exploring Cornwall.... more

I've stayed in some fabulous hotels & some really bad ones...and recently chosen B&Bs rather than hotels because I've found them to be of a much higher standard and far better value for money than hotels which are suposed to be 3 or 4 star. It's still a gamble going by star ratings as properties, cleanliness, decor etc vary hugely;... more
