Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Be extremely careful when booking with this park that they are paying attention to the size of your van or equipment. Parking 24ft vans on the boundary fence with narrow roads and no room to swing, and being so close to the next site that you have to pur your awning down for that van to reverse on, is NOT my idea of a holiday! There were other more spacious sites that were vacant and no consideration is given by park management to place people according to their size. Also, once the park is full, there are no grassed areas for pets to toilet, although this is a pet friendly site. Try encouraging your dog not to poo on another person's site...!! Fair enough we all clean up after our pets in public places, but having some space for them to go would be a preference. And lastly, make sure there's no fire because once our van was finally on the site, we blocked a fire hose that some fireman would have hung themselves on the tangled ropes and pegs to get to, and then not had enough room to open or unravel the fire house with our van in the way. Some serious consideration needs to be given for better planning and organisation.

Problems started when we first arrived for 8 days. We observed the powered site allocated to us was very, very small. We virtually had to jackknife car/caravan to get into site. We had two foot of grass down our annexe side and on numerous occasions we were concerned for our safety due to being on main access road in and out of park with cars/4wd passing within inches of where we were sitting. Also being on full display to all that walked past. However, we were also only about 5 feet to the camp kitchen/barbecue area with cooking smells frequently wafting through our annexe. Our car could not be parked on site but across the road. However, how dare we voice our disapproval to management as they have never had a complaint before. Yeah, sure. We were offered a full refund then but as we new that accomodation was scarce, we decided to stay and get on with it. However, it seems that if you are a regular, management wants to look after you more than if you are there for the first time. We did not have any contact with management from voicing our initial concerns on day one up until the trouble started. Things escalated on day 5 when a very boisterous cricket match was being played right on the edge of our annexe. After putting up with this for a while, my husband asked them to move down the road (bigger space) away from the front of our spot. Well that night,(10.00) all hell broke loose. Rocks thrown at caravan, bins pushed right up into our annexe to stop us getting out of caravan. When we called the after hours number, we were treated with much derision. Seems they knew who the perpetrators were (I had managed to get a pic of 1 bin being pushed away from our site) and demanded they apologise. One young boy did so the next morning. Pretty poor also when an adult told my husband to “just piss off and leave”. Seems the kids are left to their own devices whilst parents were drinking elsewhere. End result was that we had a very sleepless night (approx 3 hours sleep)and left in the morning - 3 nights refunded. Management had an answer for all of our comments and they were never in our favour. We were just glad to get out of the place. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS AND YOU ARE BUDDIES WITH THE MANAGERS. Awful, awful experience.

So friendly with a cute, tidy cabin with Foxtell. Close to town and right across the road from the beach. Harriet our dog loved it. .The park was very quiet and we loved everything about it. Good sized fridge and all cooking utensils supplied. Highly recommended. We will be back

We had a great stay at the Reflection park it was in walking distance to the shops. We had our little sag and she was ok to stay with us. The facilities were clean and tidy. We would stay here again. It was close to the beach just across the road. As we had a large caravan they gave us a double site which worked out for us.

We were booked in for a 7 nights travelled from Hervey Bay but as we stayed one night isolated in a so called “hot spot” area in the Moreton Shire we were notified that we could not come in until after the three day lockdown in south east Qld had ended which meant losing two days but were advised we could extend our stay by the two days as they refused to give us a refund but would issue a credit which we accepted. Upon arrival, the site we were allocated was not suitable for our large van so we were allocated a drive through but we could only stay on that site for 5 days and then would have to relocate elsewhere in the park as someone else was coming into that site. We found this unacceptable as the office staff could easily have found another suitable site for those people coming in as there were many available so that we could have stayed on our existing site for those two days. The park also needs maintenance as one of the driers in the laundry was out of order and I found out that it had been like that for over 12 months! Many of the washing lines were broken or had the hanging lines missing altogether. This park is one I would not recommend.
