Spent one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. Standard double. Spacious, clean, shared balcony - which could impinge on privacy. Location is central. A bit expensive for what you receive. Restaurant pleasant with a special during our stay that was excellent value.

Has great apartments with possible the best views in ballina. Had a great stay here even if it was just for a night. Would not hessitate to reccommend this place to anyone.

The hotel facilities are really appalling - carpets need replacing, it needs to be repainted, curtains need replacing, furniture needs to be spruced up. The location is good and staff were friendly, but the facilities are really, really tired.
