I stayed here with my 4 daughters on the Easter long weekend and it was absolutely terrible. Completely run down, the bathroom shower was moldy and broken, the towels and holes in them, the carpet was threadbare and revolting. The whole room was extremely out dated, 1 of the beds were awful and were just foam on plywood. The room... More

Great location but unfortunately the place needs a lot of work. I understand it has recently been sold. The website was misleading as there was no restaurant and the rooms are very dated. Overall a bit disappointing.

We stayed there for 1 evening, there were only 2 rooms being used (after NSW school holidays), lots of people working on the place, yes rooms were pretty old but they had what was required for our purposes, we arrived early (sign needs to be fixed, drove straight past, as we came down the mountain road), rung them told me... Motel is situated about five kms from small rural village and it's very limited facilities, no petrol and limited shopping hours.. Motel has potential in the new owners hands with tennis court, pool an bush walking activites. Restaurant was closed when visited and rooms and buildings were definitely showing their age. Clean and tidy and provided good sleep quality with... More

this is our third vist to the lodge over an eight year period. we always travel with kids while visting the park. over this time there has been a gradual and very noticable decline. the restaurant was once excellent, the grounds were beautiful, the amenities odd but useful and the rooms were stale but adequate. now unfortunately the restaurant was... I had a 1 night stay here as part of a business seminar. The rooms are a little dated, but the surroundings and serenity of the place more than make up for that. To walk around the carpark with native birds such as Peacocks wnadering around not really concerned with "people traffic" was a unique experience. I would definitely go... More

I recently went to the Jamberoo Valley Lodge for a two day training course. I was shocked about the unkept state it was in. It had peacocks roaming around and although pleasant to look at, their droppings had not been cleaned up in the past twenty years. Cobwebs surrounded the windows and doors which trapped tree matter and the glass... More

Went there last week as a group of students and I couldn't find much fault with the place, yeah it's not 5 star, but it was clean (well mine and my friends rooms were at least! Don't know what the other people here are talking about..) and tidy. And above all the service was excellent. Extremely friendly staff, lovely smiles,... More

I stayed there a week ago with 90 other students and teachers for a school camp. The beds were TERRIBLE to sleep on, the room stunk, it was dirty and boring, the pool was green and freezing even in the middle of summer, the shower tiles were cracked and rusty, numbers were falling off of doors and us guests were... We got 2 rooms (4 adults). They had bad smell and many faults. Mosquitoes net had holes, lights bulbs were burnt and so on..... The surrounding is very nice, but it isn't a reason to stay there...
