We're staying in a deluxe cabin & it ticks all the boxes. It's right on Lake Ainsworth which is fantastic for swimming, Stand Up Paddleboarding, canoeing...It's also fantastic for your skin & hair due to the tannins in the water. The Park is also right near the surf club so we went in the lake as soon as we finished... More

We stayed here recently on a road trip. The amenities are perfect except the family room, the water flows out of the shower and makes it a huge slip hazard for others entering the bathroom after it has been used. The lake was lovely and it was a nice cool off. The walking track to the beach was great for... More

We spent a lovely six nights camping in this lovely park. Check in is a breeze, staff very friendly. The park is secured by a keycoded boom gate and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We had a powered tent site with plenty of room for the camper trailer and a small tent for the kids. The amenities are modern and... More

We stayed here in an unpowered camp site. Having come from other camp grounds I would not recommend this one due to the following -no shade (for all unpowered sites) -no water taps -no bins We paid $42 /night and this isn't really justified-$42 per night for a patch of grass! The location is great (across the road from the... More

This has to be one of the best BIG 4 sites we stayed at on our east coast adventure. Beautiful park, really modern and well kept facilities and the staff were super helpful and accommodating (Wish I could remember the receptionist's name for a thank you). If you're driving nearby and need to stop - this place is a little... More

We had two nights in one of the cabins near the beach side of the grounds. Very handy for our early morning walk along the beach and part way round the lake. The cabin was small, but contained everything we needed (incl en suite), although a couple of comfortable chairs would have added to the experience. Across the road is... More

Stayed here in a delux cabin for 4 nights with my husband. Some friends also stayed in bunk beds one night. It was very quiet except for the sound of the waves crashing and the wind. We were after something afforable but still pretty nice and this was it. The place was pretty nice and the receptionist was very professional.... More

This holiday park is in a lovely location on Lake Ainsworth, which is a Tea Tree Lake or black lake. It is also across the road from a beautiful beach at Lennox Head. The local surf club adjacent provides breakfast and lunch and it is quite close to Hotel, Shops and clubs. The amenities and facilities are really beautiful and... More

We stayed for four nights in a cabin at the front of the park. The cabin consists of a double bed and a double bunk. Although their is prevision for 5 people in the cabin, fire regulations only allow 4 max per cabin. The cabins are air-conditioned and include a stove, microwave and a full set of pots, plates and... I have just booked to stay at the Lake Ainsworth Holiday park last minute for New Years Eve. I called on the 26/12 thinking there would be no way they would have availability. The staff member Christine was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs at such late notice. We are looking forward to enjoying a lovely break at this park... More
