It is located pn a very quiet street and a short walk to the beach. The room was ok and clean, nothing to complain about. Sometimes noisy as the parking area was just straight outside. The stay in general was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at the Peninsula and every time it's been well worth the money. We stayed in a Deluxe room and although not decked out with every mod con available it was clean, air conditioned, serviced daily and had a really comfortable bed! Stayed in the budget rooms and budget is exactly what they are. The rooms smell that they have not been opened for months. The layer of dust around the floor and timber bed head would be at least 6 months. The beds are very old and not comfortable. It is worth paying extra to stay some where else.
