Although a little dated this motel is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Meals were easy with the Bowls Club across the street.

A clean and well equiped room, comfortable double bed and great location for coolangatta beach and transport links. Also just a short taxi ride from coolangatta airport so a perfect stopover for early flights.

We were after some last minute accommodation at a reasonable price. The Blue Pelican at $105 was exactly that.
