We had to stay here after our flight was cancelled. I got the impression that because we were unlikely to complain we would accept whatever we were given. The room and bedding smelt of cigarette smoke. The buffet dinner was pretty average. No vegetarian option unless you were happy with salad. Not much choice for dessert. Pasta that had been... more

My husband & I stayed here for two nights prior to a trip overseas in a Superior Room. Parking was easy here at only $15 per day. Check in was very busy there didn't seem to be enough staff on had to cater to all the people checking in & out. No offer to assist with bags to our room.... more

My wife and I had to stay as close to St George Hospital as possible and this seemed the best choice. We were worried about aircraft and road noise but having double windows stopped virtually all outside noise. The rooms are not over large but there was a queen size bed, clean clothes, a moderate size bathroom and a full... more

This hotel was literally a sidestop, a handy place to stay overnight in order to catch an early plane. It was actually suggested by our agent when we asked for an airport hotel. As such, expectations were nil. As it turns out, this was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 20 days in Australia. From the... more

I recently stayed at the Mercure Sydney Airport, this was an excellent choice. The standard of rooms was excellent, food great and staff very helpful. A shuttle bus was regularly available to take travellers to both the Sydney Domestic and International Air Ports. I will certainly stay here again more

We needed to stay one night at the airport for a flight the next day. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the hotel but it is hard to find in the airport maze and runs about twice an hour. There is a charge for the shuttle both ways although the trip is only about five minutes. The... more

If you are flying the next day and need a bed for the night this is the hotel. Its ilke a travellodge that Gordon Ramsey has visited. Rooms are not great basic, but clean. The best thing about the hotel is the food (including breakfast) and the location. more

I really enjoyed staying here, although it was not by choice - my flight to Lord Howe Island was cancelled 3 times due to bad weather. The stay at the hotel was really confortable. The food was excellent. They have a restaurant and bar. As a single traveller I chose the bar and was serenaded all night by the most... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night and that would be enough for anyone. The room was supposed to be a 'privilege' room with an upgraded room views of the golf course, a welcome package of Easter goodies, a morning newspaper etc. We had a dirty room with mould in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper and chipped paint, a view... more
