Beware - this place is a scam. They offer 50% off on Sunday nights but you'll never see that. They don't know how to calculate 50%. Over staff member is very rude Place needs updating very badly. more

My family and I have been staying at this property numerous times within the past 12 months. Never had any problems until this past visit. When we checked in, a staff member gave us a wrong key to a room. We went to this room and unlocked the door. We were shocked to see that the room was being occupied.... more

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. The beds were horrible, was just like sleeping on the floor. I couldn't have stayed there no more than one night. It was in a convenient location, but it was hard to find, as their sign was not in a very good location. Other than that,... more

If you're in the Lancaster area to visit the outlets, you couldn't do better than to say in this wonderful little hotel right on Route 30. It's not elegant but it is very comfortable, well priced, and the service is excellent. I'd stayed there several years ago and had my fingers crossed that this visit would be as pleasant and... more

We arrived without reservation and were willing to stay almost anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the room was ultra clean and the decor was quaint. Much better than expected! The view wasn't the best, but the coziness of the room made up for it. We would definitely stay there again. more

My family went to this hotel on 4 th of July weekend. The rooms were musty and smelly and damp. The room smelled like someone was trying to "cover up" a bad smell/ We checked out after 5 minutes of being in the room. more

We had the understanding that this property had rooms overlooking Amish farmland and that all rooms had porches with rocking chairs. The rocking chair porches were only for those on the first floor which we were not! Our room was in the front and overlooked a gas station parking lot - not inviting. Also, the lack of cleanliness in the... more

This place is great for family and kids. Pool has a retractable roof which can be used even in bad weather/winter. It was very clean and provides lots of fun for kids and adults. The free Breakfast is very good and is supplied in two areas, the main lobby and the lobby in the rear building. The staf is very... more
