I just have to say that the price to value is incredibly high, and honestly I would not pay even 20 dollar per night to stay here. Even after reserving a room for 10-nights, they screwed everything up. Refused to move me from a smoking room to a non-smoking room (like I reserved). give me a break, did you complainers ever stay in any other small motels in pa befor this one? for the cost they are above the usual standard of cleanliness, politeness, helpfullness, and anything else you could whine about. close to a mini mart, the pa renn faire, woods which help keep the noise down. i love this little place... more
