We stayed at the Motel 22 from Wednesday, June 25 through Sunday, June 29, 2008 in 2 rooms. Our rate was $100/night per room plus tax. All 4 mornings/evenings we had cold showers. I discussed this with Sam and we dealt with him the entire time we stayed at the motel. He is one of a few owners and normally lives in NY. He is not the day to day manager. Sam informed me that he would turn up the hot water temperature so that we could get warm showers the next morning. He said that due to the large amount of people staying at the motel and wanting showers all at one time it was draining the hot water tank. He never resolved the issue although he made promises. He did offer one option. One day we used his personal showers in his apartment above the office…it was a nice gesture on his part, but we still needed to grab all of our bathroom supplies and walk across the parking lot and through the lobby in order to get a shower…this is not good!
