We stayed here while our son played in the US Highschool Rugby National Championships. It was very, very clean- always my first concern!. Nice duvet covers, no gross comforters. Good housekeeping, fast attention to extra sheet requests, coffee in room. Breakfast in the morning very decent. Common areas nice to meet and bring our own wine in evening to socialize.... more

We stayed one night on our way to Williamsburg, VA. We were on the 7th floor and it still was not quiet. The area is a very conjested area, lots of traffic! Could hear the people in the next room when trying to sleep! Will say the room was clean and the bed comfortable, but probably would not stay there... more

Beautiful rooms, great staff, darn good breakfast offerings for free; next door to a fine Restaurant that provides Hotel Room Service. more

The staff was very rude. We had a group of about 50 children there for a weekend sporting event. They closed the pool and then complained about the children getting unruly. Suprisingly the pool reopened when our group checked out. I complained to Hampton Inn Corporate online and never received any response. They were made aware of the number of... more

We stayed in Monroeville on our way home after visiting family for Thanksgiving. The hotel was packed with two groups of teenagers and their accompanying families (who had no concept of what it means to supervise children). However, the hotel staff put us on a floor away from all the kids and we had no issues. We were missing the... more

We have been staying at Hamptons for many years since we often know we can expect decent quality, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc.... However, in the past few years their prices have been climbing steadily and we now feel that we are not getting $150 worth of a stay. Our latest stop in Monroeville was the clincher. Despite the helpful front... more

The hotel lobby is currently under construction so it was tough to maneuver around the construction workers. The entrance to the hotel is very confusing and you can easily miss the entrance. My room was recently remodeled and it is very nice. My king bed was very comfortable. I just had some trouble with the air conditioning. The bathroom is... more

We stayed at this property right in the middle of the refurbishment of the lobby and common areas. Our room was already updated and I personally found nothing wrong... solid performance from Hampton. The attached Outback steakhouse was convenient for a good meal... room service until 10PM. The only drawback to this property was the severe lack of parking. I... more

Stayed at the hotel while on business in the area. It's located right at the on/exit ramps for the turnpike, so truck noise is heard all night. Turned on the room fan just to tune it out. The breakfast in the morning was not up to usual Hampton standards. Also noted mold growing on the tiles in the bathroom. The... more
