Jim and Mim were great! Our three year old loved the experience and so did my wife and I. We will visit again. More

Wife and I, along with two grandsons (aged 8 and11) spent two overnights at this farm/B&B located near Mount Joy, PA. The house was very well kept as well as the surrounding property. Two other families with children were also there. Breakfast, served family style, included: egg casserole, breads, juices, coffee, milk sausage and cobbler was very good. All the... More

We just returned from the Country Log House and Farm. What a wonderful place. Jim and Mim are fantastic hosts. My kids weren't sure how they were going to like staying on a farm, but when the time came to leave they were sad. They did chores with Jim of collecting eggs, feeding the goats and sheep and even attempting... More

You try making a vacation with two 15 year olds, and a 9 and 10 year old. Well, our stay with Jim and Mim started off on a positive note for everyone, just driving up to the farm. The place is clean, charming, and who can resisit the kittens? The room was clean, and pleasant. Breakfast was very good like... More

Mim is the best cook on the planet and Jim is just a great guy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the whole place is just so homey. The breakfast is incredible!! There was so much food there was no way 20 people could have eaten all of it. This couple is the warmest, friendliest and kindest around...don't miss... More

We went for three days. We have two children, 9 and 11. The farm was absolutely wonderful! Jim and Mim are extrememly charming. The breakfast (served at 8 am) is delicious, the farm and grounds are immaculate, and the setting is relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in the back, kittens, goats, sheep, and chickens in the front (no roosters!).... More

We went and stayed the night on our way to Hershey Park which was a quick drive from there. The kids loved it playing with the kittens, feeding the goats, collecting eggs and a hayride to the dairy farm. The sunsets were beautiful there in the evening and they had lightening bugs galore!! It is very quite and peaceful, close... More

The hosts were wonderful. My three children had an absolute ball playing with the animals, holding baby kittens and jumping on the trampoline. In the mornings we all did the farm chores as instructed by Jim and he even took us on a tractor ride tour through the next door dairy farm (which belongs to his nephew). Mim's breakfast was... More

Mim and Jim were great. The whole place is fantastic! The rooms we stayed in were older but very clean. The bathroom was updated, the small shower would be my only complanint, however in an old farm house the shower would be small. Home cooked breakfast every morning, with the chance to "work" on the farm is great for kids... More

This was absolutely the BEST -- most relaxing and fun vacation our family has had! Jim and Mim were terrific! They welcomed us with open arms and were great with our 2 year old. There was so much to do, both on the farm and in the surrounding area! The farm was extremely nice -- many animals to pet, feed,... More
