I stayed here with some initial trepidation based on one TripAdvisor review (from 2007), but had little choice since I was attending a close relative's funeral, and the only other web-available alternative closer than 12 miles from New Castle was the Comfort Inn, which was completely booked. My husband and I stayed at the New Castle Super 8 for 2 nights while in the area for the US Open. The room was spacious and clean with a large flat screen TV. My Compnay stayed about 2 weeks working in the New Castle area. What a mistake. Dont give these people your credit card numbers. after you leave they charged my card co. for thing that was wrong with room when we came there. no breakfast rooms where moldy. dirty. found a crack pipe under the bed... they have people come in... more

I am the manager at super 8, and I charged this guy his credit card after he checked out, because he broke the desk chair and busted the mattress and made big damage on the carpet and on the box matress, I called his company and sent a picture of what hes done and why I charged the company's credit...
