Nice comfort and services.!!!!! Desk service very friendly and helpful, housekeepers very accommodating. Fresh towels every day. Long continental breakfast hours (4am -10am). No water served with breakfast, that seemed odd. assumed room had refrigerator, but otherwise a good 4-night stay.

Was nice that even though our plane didn't arrive until 1am, we were still able to get the shuttle to the hotel. Rooms were ok, in need of some updating. We stayed two nights, and the whole hall, including our room reeked of smoke. However, the breakfast was decent and the staff was really nice. No pool though :(

My husband and I went for my class reunion, enjoyed the hotel. Comfortable stay. Rooms need some upgrades, but the hotel is clean and has a nice staff. We travel to Pittsburgh a few times a year and should be back to this hotel.

The Good: Free WiFi in rooms, close to airport, airport shuttle, some staff very friendly, bed was comfy, fairly quiet, saw pilots and flight attendants staying here (usually a good sign). The Bad: Clogged sink, clogged shower, some staff unprofessional, pathetic breakfast options, furniture upholstery was faded and ripped, very short shower nozzle, not a very scenic area to stay....
