The hotel is trying. it just could be kept a lot cleaner than it is. The public areas, especially the elevators, need a throrouhg scrubbing, sanitizing and deodorizing. Got the hotel because it was close to airport so it wouldnt be a lot of trouble trying to find the hotel in unfamiliar city. We able to drive straight to it no problems at all. The carpet was dusty, you could see stains in the toilet seat the water in the bath tub would not drain, the towels were probably 10 year old threads were rolling out of them! This is one of the worste four points I have ever stayed at, will never go back. More
