Where do I begin? Minutes from every great Pocono attraction yet a secluded hidden gem. Gorgeous hotel, and might I add amazingly decorated for the holidays. Incredible and friendly staff. Great restaurants and bar located right in the hotel. Complimentry breakfast was perfect. Gym and indoor pool is a must visit. Our dealings with the Inn at Pocono Manor started with a phone call asking to confirm the following: availability of a cigar smoking bar, clarification of fees (or not) to fish on the premises and Thanksgiving meal information. Unfortunately, we did disappoint you with regard to the other areas you mentioned. You are correct - we are a diamond in the rough and strive everyday to improve upon the areas of your concern.
We stayed here one night for our anniversary, got the romance pkg. Pkg says it includes a mouthwatering 4-course meal and breakfast. Food was mediocre, dining room felt like a huge lunchroom and the staff was not very focused. I stayed at the Manor with my wife and we had the time of our life! We were treated like royalty. Its like they remembered me from my last stay, and this was my first. They had many events going on at one time and the staff still took the time to take care of us too... more

This place is wonderful, been here twice ...same top corner room with in 4 months. The food and bar is great, movie theater and arcade perfect. Clean rooms and great soft beds and big closets. Wewill be back! more
