We traveled with a friend who came down with the flu. The staff were very accomodating. They called the ambulance, cleaned her room with extra special care and even brought soup to her room. They were concerned for her and constantly asked about her welfare. The breakfast room was always well stocked and the rooms were neat and very clean.... more

This hotel is actually located right off the main road in Lancaster, so it is very convenient to all the Lancaster attractions. The hotel is very well-run. We have been staying at this inn for about 20 yrs. Nice and clean, good size rooms, plenty of towels.The price is right we are always on the run so I don't need luxury, just clean and ablibging is great. they are always willing to help.Oh they have a nice breakfast buffet too. more

I'm in the Lancaster area frequently and I usually stay at the Eastbrook Inn. The hotel is clean and affordable. The management is always kind, gracious, and accommodating. I would recommend the Eastbrook Inn to anyone staying in the Lancaster area. more

We found this stay as one of the best we've experienced in Lancaster County. The PA Dutch Visitors Center recommended four locations, we called around (by phone, from the Center) and felt the pricing was best suited to our budget. We did a 'drive-by' all four locations and felt all were relatively equal except price, Eastbrook was a better price.... more
