The room was dirty, smelled like dogs, it was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The air did not work, at the time of check in the lobby was filled with drunks, the front of the hotel looked like they were having a party outside. I will never stay at this establishment again

We stayed one night at this property as we were on a road trip to DC and it met all of our needs. We required a cot and that was provided free of charge. The property is clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool. The free breakfast was fantastic and the service was great.

This was our second stay here and we have enjoyed both of them. We really appreciate a dog-friendly hotel with reasonable fees that is also tastefully appointed. The restaurant is pretty good, too.
