The Radnor Hotel is perfectly nice. It's a good location if you need to be in Radnor. The rooms are really small, but they have an okay bathroom, a good restaurant, etc. But avoid the rooms on the second floor over the kitchen. Avoid anything within 5 rooms of, say, Rooms 249/250 because the kitchen noises come up through the... more

Upon arrival, they make you sign a $500 agreement that if you make noise during the night, they have the right to charge your credit card. That seems to have little effect on the people that like to party. We were woken up at 11, 12, 1, 2 and 3 AM by people yelling in the hallways, having parties on... more

My wife and I stayed at the Radnor Hotel recently while we were moving our son out of his dorm at Villanova. Each visit to the Radnor is better than the last! We booked a terrific non-smoking king suite that provided plenty of room for us as well as our son who decided to spend the night on the sofa... more

My wife and I stayed at The Radnor Hotel earlier this week for the first time. I travel for business quite a bit, about 25 to 30% during the course of the year, primarily within the United States but also to Europe and Bermuda. I found The Radnor a welcome and comfortable stay away from home( a sharp contrast to... more

My wife and daughter traveled to Wayne for a sporting event at Villanova University. My daughters team choose the Radnor Hotel because of it's location to the University, less than a mile. Before we left, we reviewed the other reports as well as pictures and thought this was a nice Hotel. Upon our arrival, we received a quick check in... more

The place was built for all those colleges and companies out there on the main line, and there is, indeed, a market. It's too late to make the rooms bigger or the bathrooms larger, but there is no excuse for their nasty little economies. The tumblers in the room were plastic-wrapped plastic. The hangers in the closet had those anti-theft... more

I've stayed at or been to meetings and functions at the Radnor Hotel on at least eight or ten occasions. This includes business meetings during the day, lunch meetings, brunch, dinner, as well as a birthday party and a wedding held at the hotel. During my overnight stays I haven't noticed the noise problems others have commented on. When I... more

When I checked out the Radner online...lobby and layoutlooked great...perfect location since we were visiting for Parents Weekend @ Eastern...then we went to our room...What a disappointment! The bathroom area is ridiculously tiny..If anyone is @ the sink, they have to move totally out of the area for you to have access to the commode/shower room ..the door opens outwards... more

My wife and I stayed at the Radnor Hotel on our wedding night and we could not have asked for a better experience. The Radnor was easily accessible from our wedding ceremony and reception location in Wynnewood, and was a great location for our wedding guests. It is right off of I-476 (the Blue Route) in the beautiful Villanova area.... more

When I first arrived, I checked in and got my keys. The room had pink 1960's tile in this hotel that was supposedly recently renovated! There was a constant noise that sounded like someone was moving furniture. This went on for several hours. Finally after figuring out that the noise was not going to stop, I was changed to another... more
