Very friendly staff, as you can typically expect from any of the Hilton properties. Location is convenient and in addition to the restaurants there is a great grocery store across the parking lot with a 1/3 of the store dedicated to a hot and cold buffet, as well as other prepared foods.

If passing through Williamsport, PA this is a very convenient destination...no hassle on-off the highways, a series of restaurants and a great Wegman's Grocery store right near-by. The best Hampton Inn in the USA. Staff is outstanding. Well run hotel, staff goes the extra mile in offering you assistance and helping you will not only travel needs but with any issue that may come up during your trip.

Just arrived at the Hampton Inn in Williamsport, PA. I was surprised to see that the entire hotel has been updated. The breakfast area is all new and has new furniture and amenities. The rooms all have new beds, flat screen TV's, bedding and wallpaper. Carpets look great too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Williamsport.

Arrived in the middle of a snowy evening, to the warmth and hospitality of a great crew of people. Very customer friendly, freshly brewed coffee, then to a cozy warm room with two queen beds (non smoking). Couldn't ask for nicer. In the morning we had a great breakfast, and continued on our way.

Front desk night staff were a little snippy. The room itself was very clean but the jacuzzi could have been cleaned a little better, which I did myself for sanitary reasons. Our car battery died after leaving our lights on over night and the maintenance man gave us a jump start and was very polite!

Stayed 2 nights on a business trip. Room was clean staff friendly. Breakfast wa simple and something for everyone. Staff were helpful in pointing out local resturants and there is a Wegmns grocery store across the road. I would stay here again for sure
