We recently stayed at the Econo-lodge in Wormleysburg. The room was OK....but the towels in the room were cruddy--like they had never been washed. The person who was with me refused to get a shower. Arrived to find our room hot (A/C was blowing warm air), the room smelled musty, the carpets did not look clean and some of the walls were not painted (still had drywall and plaster showing). we requested to be moved and informed them of the problems. This place is scary. Had to sleep in my clothes. There was a fold away bed in the corner of the room. New sheet rock but no paint on the walls. I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations of the Econo Lodge. Because of the very reasonable room rate, I didn't expect to find a very clean, comfortable room...but I did.
