We stayed on the second floor corner room with queen size bed. Ocean view. There was no air conditioning but didn't need one because the ocean breeze came right thru the windows and there was an overhead fan above the bed. Very clean and up to date furniture

Have stayed here the past 2 Taste of Block Island weekends. We get the room with the ocean view and no a/c. Rude... Not willing to accommodate you...better off booking a room straight through the hotels... Water street inn doesn't have their own front desk..

This inn is located over a bar on the main street. There is no lobby - you check in at an hotel up the street. Most importantly, it has no parking. If you bring your car, you will have to park it on the street, and move it every two hours during the day. Parking is so crowded in town... More

Stayed there so we could be located central to beaches and etc...Room was dated,slanted floors, tiny bathroom and musty smell. Big bucks for the room. We stayed there August of 2010.
